I was tasked to create a newsletter template for Ahab, a site for audiobook narrators and content creators. Considering the users and the possibility of behavioral, inaugural, punctual, & promotional emails — I went beyond and decided to create multiple templates for the consistency of all future email communications including systematically generated notifications. These templates work with a corporate tool allowing marketers to create their own emails. This resulted in a successful expansion of the brand experience to email communications.
